Below is the link for applying to receive the Transient Merchant License you will need to scroll down the page and locate one of three transient license options depending on how many events you will be doing per year. The Town of Gilbert will require that you create an account for their site before completing the application. You will receive a pop-up window with instruction. (You cannot use the link to renew an existing license; you will need to log into your existing account to do that)
